Owned by Charles, this beloved restaurant has been a staple in the area for over a decade, recently welcoming a new chapter under his leadership.
From passion to plate
Charles' love for food started in Kuching, Malaysia, where he grew up surrounded by rich culinary traditions. Inspired by how food brings people together, he pursued his dream of becoming a chef, gaining expertise in both Chinese and Malaysian cooking. Before taking over Cinta Raya in September 2024, Charles successfully ran Asiana Kitchen in Lynbrook, navigating the challenges of launching just before the COVID-19 lockdown.
Now, he's bringing that same dedication and expertise to Scoresby, with a vision of turning Cinta Raya into a must-visit destination for food lovers near and far.
