La Casa was born from a simple love of good food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences. Owner James, together with his mentor Ralph, brings decades of restaurant experience to Boronia. Ralph’s award-winning career in hospitality began back in the 1980s, and together they’ve built La Casa on a foundation of flavour, friendship, and family.
Their vision was to combine authentic Italian tradition with a fresh local twist, serving dishes that not only taste incredible but bring people together.

What makes La Casa stand out is the dedication and passion behind every dish. From woodfired pizzas cooked to perfection to rich, homemade pastas, every bite celebrates authenticity and flavour. One of their best-kept secrets? Their signature homemade Peri Peri sauce, which customers can’t get enough of.

And customers agree, calling it “the best pizza in town” and even jokingly asking if they deliver as far as Frankston!
