After selling their first venture, Ivy transitioned into the construction industry, excelling as a project coordinator, project manager, and qualified accountant.
Meanwhile, Daniel immersed himself in the retail world at Aldi, where he honed his skills in retail operations and team management. His journey then led him to the hospitality industry, where he served as an Area Manager for several franchisors, supporting franchisees in building and setting up new stores, training them in coffee-making and baking, and ensuring operational efficiency.

After years of varied experiences, Ivy and Daniel found themselves drawn back to the world of cafes. Four months ago, they opened the doors of Station Street Food Co. in Ferntree Gully, a cozy haven in the heart of Knox.
